The Meta Payout Troubleshooter ("the Tool") is a read-only diagnostic and advisory tool. It runs on your own computer, using your own AI (Claude) and your own browser session, to read your own Meta/Facebook account and give you an explanation and a suggested plan. It is information and guidance only.
The Tool and Publisher in a Box Inc. ("the Company") are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, or Instagram. "Meta," "Facebook," and "Instagram" are trademarks of their owners.
The Company does not promise that your payouts, monetization, reach, or account will be restored, or that any appeal will succeed. Meta enforces its policies using internal rules and an automated system that is not public. No one outside Meta, including this Tool, can see the exact signal that triggered your case or control Meta's decision. Your purchase buys clarity and a plan, not an outcome.
The Tool reads and advises only. It will not, and you agree you will not use it to, take any action on Meta on your behalf: no submitting reviews or appeals, no sending messages, no changing settings, no posting, no clicking action buttons. You will perform all such actions manually, yourself.
You agree not to use, modify, or repurpose the Tool to automate any activity on Meta or any other platform. Meta prohibits automated behavior and may restrict or ban accounts that show it. You understand that accounts already under review are at heightened risk, and that you use the Tool at your own risk on that basis.
The Company does NOT recommend using AI agents or automated tools with any Meta product for maneuvering the platform or communicating with Meta. Not this Tool, and not any other agent or assistant you have access to. Meta treats automated activity as a violation, and using agents to act on the platform or to contact Meta can harm or end your account. If you choose to use any agent, including agents available on or through your own dashboard, your own AI assistant, or any third-party tool, the choices you make and the actions taken with them are solely your responsibility, not the Company's. This Tool is built read-only for exactly this reason.
You are solely responsible for your account, your content, your advertising, and your compliance with Meta's terms and policies. Any action you take after reading a report is your decision and your responsibility.
The Tool runs locally. The Company does not access, receive, or store your Meta login, your account contents, or the report the Tool produces on your machine, except for the intake information you voluntarily submitted to us through our form. You never give the Tool your password, and it never asks for it.
The Tool and its reports are general information. They are not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice.
You use the Tool at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any loss of earnings, account restriction or loss, data loss, or other damages arising from your use of the Tool or actions you take based on it. The Company's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Tool.
Because the Tool is a personalized digital product built from your intake and delivered immediately, all sales are final and no refunds are provided.
